Making a booking

 


How to make a booking: it is advisable to telephone us first on 01252 876718 or e-mail to confirm that White Cottage is still available for the weeks that you want and to make a provisional booking.  Please then complete and return the booking form, together with a deposit of £150.  This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the hirer.   The balance of the rent should be forwarded six weeks in advance of the period booked, upon receipt of which final details of location and arrangements for entry and departure will be supplied.

 
Paying by bank transfer: Please complete the on-line form. On sumbission of the form you will be sent bank transfer details at which point you will be required to make immediate payment of the deposit.
Prefer to pay by cheque? Print off the booking form and post it with a cheque. Please note this option is only available if you are paying in Sterling.
